Cribathon Fundraiser
Wednesday 4th June – From 9am to 9pm
Join us at Skylark for a 12 hour fundraiser!
Organised by Rachel Fletcher who is our Ardleigh Parish Clerk, and other members of the Ardleigh community to raise money for St. Helena’s Hospice in memory of Dr. Viv Ashley, a keen cribbage player.
The daytime activity will involve a non-stop Cribathon, with a prize for the most points (winner stays on).
Tickets can be purchased for the evening event from 6pm to 9pm which will include a Skylark pizza buffet (£9.95 per person, £2 donated to St. Helena Hospice).
All are welcome, from experienced players to new comers of the game. Learn how to score, peg and rhyme!

“What a day! Had the pleasure of doing the wine tasting experience with my wife and walking through the vineyard. Our guide was knowledgeable and very friendly. There was a really calm, chilled atmosphere and you can tell that everyone who works here is passionate about what they do. We were blessed with the weather but the day itself was perfect. “We have been here for both coffee and cake and evening drinks and on both occasions were made to feel very welcome and looked after well! Cake was delicious and the iced vanilla latte was the best I’ve ever had! The wine is pretty tasty too! Highly recommend a visit as the atmosphere in the evening along with the sunset is beautiful.”

“A beautiful afternoon wine tasting. This place is a beautiful hidden gem and I can’t believe I have only just discovered it! Wine tasting accompanied by a delicious ploughman’s lunch. The farm shop has a lovely selection of local produce, ice cream, homemade cakes, pasta etc as well as cute stuff for the home. This place is absolutely perfect for a girly day out or a date day. Everything about it is wonderful and I shall definitely return"

“An amazing place! We were on holiday and went twice. Pizza evening on a Friday (great food and a great atmosphere... there was even live music) and then for lunch a couple of days later. The food is great and the staff were really friendly and helpful. A MUST if you are in the area!"
